Channel Fish Processing is pleased to welcome Ian White to the family as the new Vice President of Business Development. We are extremely excited for this new addition to our leadership.
White comes to the role with 25 years of sales experience. Prior to joining Channel Fish, he held sales and business development positions with seafood companies like Atlantic Aqua Farms, Regal Spring, and True North.
Now that he’s with Channel Fish, White will be using his knowledge to secure markets for fresh and frozen salmon and groundfish processed in our newly expanded facility in Braintree, MA. He’ll also be responsible for spearheading our strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities. All of his efforts will be a great contribution to the overall growth and success of our company.
Over the past six months, Channel Fish has been looking to expand and grow sales. This includes adding a new value-added production line, and we have even been awarded contracts to become the primary provider of pollock to the USDA.
We know that with White’s experience and our ambition and innovation, we’ll be able to provide more fish to more facilities, including K-12 schools, healthcare facilities, and correctional facilities, all while maintaining sustainable fishing practices.
