Because scallops are in season all year-round, and bay scallops are in season until March, we have decided to share with you a quick, delicious and healthy pan fried bay scallops recipe to enjoy while cozying up after work. This meal will only take 7 minutes to create and will make up to 4 servings.

Here is what you’ll need:

  • 2 lb of dry bay scallops
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Here is how to make it:

Begin by seasoning the scallops with salt and pepper and melting the butter in a large pan. Mince the garlic cloves and add it to the pan with melted butter. After allowing it to saute for 30 seconds, add the scallops to the pan. Allow it to cook for 3 minutes while shaking the pan occasionally throughout the time. Once the 3 minutes have passed, cover the pan and remove it from heat. Once it has been sitting for 1 minute, add the parsley and serve!
