Channel’s skin-on Haddock fillets are caught fresh from the icy cold waters of the North Atlantic and hand-cut in our new facility. Skin-on Haddock fillets are traditionally battered and fried for fish and chip baskets, but this versatile, sweet, mild fish is also great baked or poached and is perfect in stews and chowders.
